MEET OUR COMMITTEE
Townsville Zimbabwe Community Incorporated is led by an elected Committee who serve our members and ensure the organisation operates in accordance with our Constitution and Queensland law. Our committee members are volunteers who dedicate their time and energy to lead our community.
OUR COMMITTEE STRUCTURE
Traditionally, our community has been led by dedicated chairpersons who guide our activities and direction. Under our incorporated structure, these leadership roles now have formal positions as required by the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 (Qld). This committee is supported by the Advocates.

Pastor Shingani Nyoni
President
The President provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the organization. They chair committee meetings and general meetings, represent the community at official functions, and ensure the organisation operates in accordance with its Constitution and objects.
Pano Kaseke
Secretary
The Secretary manages all official correspondence, maintains our records and member register, prepares meeting agendas and minutes, and serves as the official contact person with the Office of Fair Trading. They ensure we meet all our legal and administrative obligations.


Pastor Nonsi Nyoni
Treasurer
The Treasurer manages the organisation's finances, maintains financial records, prepares financial reports for the committee and members, manages the bank account, and ensures we operate within our budget. They present financial statements at our Annual General Meeting.
Millie Kaseke
Project Manager
The Project Manager coordinates our events, activities, and programs, ensuring our cultural celebrations, social gatherings, and community initiatives run smoothly. They work with volunteers, manage event logistics, and bring our community together through engaging activities.

The Youth Leader engages with the young members of school going ages and university students. They assist the project manager. they represent our future leaders today.
